To request a refund, you must email [email protected].

All refunds will be sent by EFT.

In-Person ACLS Provider 1 Long Day, ACLS Provider 2 day, ACLS Recert

If you cancel more than 48 hours in advance of training your program fee will be refunded. If manuals have been sent out, a $140 administrative fee will be deducted.

If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance of training, your program fee minus $140 will be refunded. No-shows will not be refunded.

ACLS Provider Hybrid

PALS Provider 2 day, PALS Recert
